The Registrar of Joint Stock Companies (RJSC) is a government agency responsible for the registration and regulation of joint stock companies in the country. 3. Registration Stamp Fee above BDT 12,00,00,000.00 Authorized Capital = BDT 52,300.00.
Note-01: For Public companies will have to add Tk. 800 more with Registration filling Fee. and Tk. 400 more with Certificate.
Note-02: Add Tk. 575 for Single Process Reg. Name Clearance Fee with Grand Total.
